Where we ship to

Currently Babyletto.asia ships to the Taiwan R.O.C. only. We are working to extend our logistic network to cover more cities in Asia, please stay tune for more updates! 

Shipping method

Most orders will be shipped via local courier company. Delivery time is 2-7 business days. 

For Oversize Items (assembled dressers, purchases with multiple furniture pieces), your order will be shipped by a Large Parcel carrier. Please note that the our delivery team will only drop the packages off at the ground floor/management office and will not carry furniture up stairs/lift. Door-to-door delivery service is not available. Delivery time is 1-2 weeks. Debris removal and assembly is not included. A signature may be required for your area, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment. When applicable, please make note of any issues on the paperwork. 

This includes 1 business day where your order will be processed and prepared for shipment. In general, orders received by 11:30AM will ship the same business day. Orders received after 11:30AM will ship the next business day. Tracking information is sent directly to our system within 24 hours from when the carrier picks up the order at our warehouse.

Shipping rate

Shipping charges are included in the price shown for Taiwan order. (Note: Please note that the delivery charges only for delivery is on the ground floor. For any dispute, the decision of the babyletto.tw is final.)

 

Tracking

An automated tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order.

Important

While placing your order, please check that your shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

Items may ship from different warehouses. Items ordered together are not always shipped together and may arrive at different times.
