保固政策（Warranty Policy）
Babyletto 致力於提供高品質、安全且耐用的產品。若商品因製造瑕疵導致無法正常使用，我們將依本保固政策提供維修或更換服務。
家具及寢具保固（Furniture & Bedding）
凡透過 Babyletto 授權經銷商 購買之 Babyletto 家具或 Bedding by Babyletto 寢具商品，自購買日起享有 一年有限保固。
於保固期間內，如經確認商品因製造或材料瑕疵導致損壞，Babyletto 將視實際情況提供維修或更換新品服務，相關費用由 Babyletto 負擔。
本保固僅適用於原始購買者，不得轉讓予他人。
保固範圍
本保固適用於：
- 材料瑕疵
- 製造瑕疵
- 因正常使用情況下所產生之非人為品質問題
以下情況不在保固範圍內
下列情形恕無法提供保固服務：
- 因存放不當、安裝錯誤、使用不當、疏忽或人為因素造成之損壞。
- 未依產品使用說明操作，或自行改裝、修改產品結構。
- 商品正常使用所產生之自然耗損、老化、刮痕、磨損或褪色。
- 商業用途或非家庭正常使用所造成之耗損。
- 購買二手商品、展示品或非全新商品。
- 經未授權之第三方自行維修、拆解或改裝之商品。
保固服務申請
若您需申請保固服務，請先準備以下資料：
- 購買證明（發票或訂單紀錄）

- 商品瑕疵照片
- 問題說明
請將上述資料提供給 Babyletto Taiwan 客服，我們將盡快協助確認並安排後續保固服務。
注意事項
- 保固內容僅適用於透過 Babyletto 授權經銷商購買之商品。
- Babyletto 保留判定商品是否符合保固條件之權利。
- 如商品已停產或無法維修，Babyletto 得以同等級或功能相近之商品替代。
- 本保固政策不影響消費者依法享有之其他權益。
Warranty
Furniture and Bedding
Your Babyletto or Bedding by Babyletto product will be replaced or repaired at our option, at no cost to you, for 1 year from the date of purchase from an authorized Babyletto retailer. Our warranty protects you against damage that is the result of a manufacturing defect, and is non-transferrable from the original owner.
This warranty does not cover or apply to:
- Damage that is the result of improper storage, installation, negligent misuse, or products that have been altered by the owner in any way not intended by the manufacturer
- Normal wear and tear or commercial use
- Items bought as used or secondhand products, including items that served as floor models
- Items that have been altered by an unauthorized 3rd party repair person
